A&OER: Affordable & Open Educational Resources

This guide covers ways to find and create Open Educational Resources

Curtis Laws Wilson Library

"The open education movement is a sharing movement, and it speaks to libraries because, at its core, the basic concept is that the more materials are shared, the more the world is bettered."
- Jensen & West

The S&T Store

As the campus book store, The S&T Store strives to provide students the materials they need to be successful while still focusing on driving down the cost of higher education, through cost-effective course materials.

AutoAccess Program
The S&T Store collaborates with faculty and publishers to provide required materials automatically in Canvas when a student enrolls in the course – at a reduced cost.

S&T Publishing
Through our publishing program we work with faculty to create custom course packets. This enables students to access out of print books, old exams or even a selection of articles. The S&T Store will ensure all custom course packs are copyright compliant.

Unique Course Material Items
Does your class require specialized course material items or custom kits such as Art kits, Drafting kits, Rock kits, Geology kits, Robotics kits, Architecture model building material or something else? We can create custom kits to meet your needs!
