Follow the link below to schedule an appointment to discuss your research with a librarian. Be sure to include an email address so we can send you a confirmation message letting you know that you are signed up for a session.
Reference Service
Reference librarians are here to help you with any questions or problems you might have. They're available in person at the service desk from 8-5 Monday-Friday, no appointment necessary. Feel free to walk up and get started!. You can also email them at library@mst.edu.
Research Assistance Program
We provide FREE consultations with a professional reference librarian who will help you with your research. This service is available to individuals and to small groups.
The reference librarian will help you:
- Develop a search strategy.
- Find a topic for your research assignment.
- Select appropriate electronic resources and reference materials.
The reference librarian will not:
- Search the literature for you.
- Write the paper for you.
If you're stuck, don't wait - schedule a consultation. Appointments must be made at least three days before the assignment is due and are subject to librarian availability.
