Closed captions are available for most videos in kanopy. To activate close captioning click the "cc" button in the control bar of the video. You will be able to turn captions on or off and control text fonts, size, color and appearance. |

Fill out all fields on the caption request form, including your reason for requesting and any time requirements, then press send. You will be notified by email once the captions are available to view. Alternatively you can email caption requests directly to info@kanopystreaming.com.Note: Sending this form raises the priority for the video to be captioned. Actual turn around times tend to vary. |
