If you’re looking for books, ebooks, DVDs, or other physical materials, the library catalog is the best place to start. Missouri S&T's catalog is called Miner Discovery, and lets you search for items on campus as well as across other University of Missouri libraries.
What Is the Catalog?
The library catalog is like an academic version of an online bookstore, but instead of buying materials, you're borrowing them. It includes:
-
Books (print and electronic)
-
Ebooks and streaming media
-
Journals (as publications, not individual articles)
-
Theses and dissertations
-
DVDs and other media held by the library
Use the catalog when you need full books, primary source collections, or overviews of a topic.
