Distance Student Assistance and Services: Home

Any student enrolled in a Missouri S&T distance educations course regardless of their location can use library services. Librarians are available from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday or by appointment. We use zoom to meet with our distance students.

Librarians can offer you personalized assistance with your research assignments, class projects, thesis, dissertations, and much more. Let us: 

• introduces you to the information resources available at the library.
• helps you develop effective research and search strategies.
• find a topic for you research assignment.
• explain search tools such as the catalog and databases.
• locate hard to find resources you will need. 

Don't wait to the last minute to get help! 

Enrolled distance students have the same access to library services as all other students. You can access our online resources, use interlibrary loan, and borrow materials. If you live outside of Rolla Missouri and want to borrow materials you simply request the materials through the library catalog and they will be mailed to you. We do not mail materials internationally. See the FAQ section below below for additional details.
