Students presenting at conferences are important to any student’s professional development and career advancement. This conference provides networking opportunities to interact with other students, faculty and members of industry. Equally important are the wealth of learning opportunities available to students at the conference.
- Student who will be presenting at the conference may present as an individual researcher or as a research team of no more than 4 individuals.
- If you are presenting as a research team please select one team member to serve as the primary contact. The primary contact will register the team and serve as the sole contact for the team.
- It is the responsibility of the primary contact to forward all conference related email communications to each team member.
- Students may present in an oral presentation format or a poster presentation format.
- Regardless of format each presentation will require:
- An abstract of no more than 150 words.
- A brief biography of each student of no more than 150 words.

Prizes will be awarded to students for the following:
- Best Undergraduate Poster ($300)
- Best Undergraduate Oral Presentation ($300)
- Best Graduate Poster ($300)
- Best Graduate Oral Presentation ($300)
- Awards will be announced on Friday, April 4 during the program
