This guide discusses Scholars' Portal and will assist you in enriching your research profiles and increase your research impact.

Activities

Activities in Pure refer to various engagements and undertakings directly related to the research process. These include:

Conferences and Workshops:
Participation in, or organization of, academic conferences, workshops, and seminars.
 
Editorial Work:
Roles such as editor, associate editor, or reviewer for academic journals.
 
Consultancy: 
Providing expert advice to businesses, government bodies, or other organizations. 
 
Memberships: 
Membership in professional organizations, committees, or boards

Add Activity

Click the blue Add content button on the top right side of the screen:

Click on Activity in the left section of the screen.

A template according to the type of activity needs to be selected. For some activities it is necessary to click to the third level of the subcategories.

You will need to add Information about the activity to the selected template. Fields marked with red asterisks (*) are mandatory fields.

At the end of the form, the status of the entry made needs to be selected.

Entry in progress: You haven't finished working on the form and wish to continue later. If so, please select this option and press the Save button.

For approval: The form will be submitted and sent to the Library team for validation. Make sure to click the Save button. Your submission will be placed in a queue and will be reviewed by administrators as soon as possible.
