Submitting changes can be done in one of two ways:
To request a change to your information send an email to scholarsportal@mst.edu. You request will be placed in a que and processed in the order received. We will contact you with questions or requests for additional information. You will be notified once the update is completed.
On your personal profile page click on Research Outputs or any of its sub-categories.

This takes you to your research outputs where you can search, filter, or sort the results to locate the research output you want to update.
Once located click on the title to open the metadata record for the chosen research output.

In the metadata record scroll to find the section or field you want to update and amend the information as required. Please note some sections may require you to click ‘update’ after editing (e.g., Publication Status).

When you have completed making updates scroll to the bottom of the record and click Save.
In your Research Outputs, the status of the item will change to Revalidate and the edits you have made will be sent to the Libraryfor further checks and validation.
